Woodbridge achieves Gold Standard status as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies

MISSISSAUGA, Ontario, Canada, March 5, 2020 – Woodbridge has made the Canada’s Best Managed Companies list for the fourth consecutive year, awarding the company the distinguished Gold Standard status. Woodbridge received the designation for demonstrating its strategy, capability and dedication to achieving sustainable growth, as well as for its ongoing commitment to its teammates.

“It’s truly an honor to receive this distinguished award,” said Woodbridge president and CEO Charles Daly. “This recognition is a testament to all of our teammates around the world and their commitment to improve our business each and every day.”

Established in 1993, Canada’s Best Managed Companies is the country’s leading business awards program, recognizing excellence in Canadian-owned and managed companies. Each year, hundreds of businesses compete for the distinction, taking part in a rigorous and independent process that evaluates the caliber of overall management abilities and practices.

Applicants are evaluated by an independent judging panel comprised of representatives from program sponsors in addition to special guest judges. Winning companies share commonalities that include a clear strategy and vision, investment in capability and commitment to talent.

Award winners will be celebrated at the annual winners' event taking place in Toronto on April 1. To learn more, go to http://www.bestmanagedcompanies.ca.
