Black Low-Emission Headliner Foam

Woodbridge has developed a patent-pending technology on our rigid urethane composites to address the industry needs for lower VOC and odor requirements. These include headliner, package tray, load floors and rear seatback panels.

This unique approach to self-formulating has allowed us to not only develop products that emit less VOC, and potentially absorb VOC emissions from other component sources inside the vehicle cabin.

Depending on customer and regional requirements, our manufactured products can reduce total VOC emissions by more than 95% through a combination of solutions.
