The Woodbridge AutoBond™ family of trim foams can be used in a variety of processes and applications. Our product line of foams are designed to meet the most rigorous OEM durability specifications while still providing superior value to our customers. Woodbridge AutoBond flexible foam products are manufactured using a continuous-pour method. Combined with our chemical expertise and comprehensive process controls, Woodbridge maintains the most consistent and high-quality foam  properties available on the market today. AutoBond polyurethane flexible foams are available in flat and round blocks, and in polyether and polyester foam grades.

AutoBond Flexible Foam Family

  • AutoBond AB: flame-bondable standard FR content, flexible foam grade, manufactured in both round block and flat block to meet FMVSS302 requirements
  • AutoBond AF: flame-bondabe higher FR content, flexible foam grade, manufactured in both round block and flat block, designed to help resolve FMVSS302 flammability concerns when bonded to the most challenging textiles
  • AutoBond AFX: flame-bondable highest FR content, flexible foam grade, manufactured in both round block and flat block, designed to help resolve FMVSS302 flammability concerns when bonded to the most challenging textiles
  • AutoBond ABS: flame-bondable standard FR content, flexible foam grade, manufactured in both round block and flat block with the addition of biocide chemistry
  • AutoBond AL: standard FR automotive flexible foam grade, manufactured in both round block and flat block to meet FMVSS302 requirements, but not intended for flame lamination
